Crack Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of Chicken boneless
  • 3 tablespoons of Ranch dressing mix (dry)
  • 3 tablespoons of Butter
  • 4 ounces of Cream cheese

Steps

  1. Place chicken (fresh or frozen) in crockpot.
  2. Cut up butter and cream cheese into chunks and place on chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
  4. Cook chicken in crock pot for 3-4 hours on high or 5-7 hours on low. Check moisture during the second half of cooking, if too try, add 2-4 tablespoons of water.
  5. Shred chicken before serving.
  6. Serve chicken over vegetables, noodles, or rice.
